Where are you based, and do you travel?
A: I’m based in Nanton, Alberta, but I’m always up for a good drive. I’ll travel anywhere in Alberta (and beyond) for the right story. A travel fee may apply for longer distances.
What should I wear for my session?
A: Stick to what feels like you. Neutrals, earthy tones, and textures (like denim, wool, or linen) photograph beautifully. Avoid logos or busy patterns. If you’re bringing your horse, coordinate with tack and colors that feel authentic to your style.
Do you help with Posing?
A: I’ll guide you when needed, but I keep things relaxed and natural. Most of my favorite images happen in the in-between moments—when you’re just being yourself.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
A: You’ll receive your full edited gallery within 2–3 weeks. I’ll send you a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your images.
How do I book a session?
A: Reach out through my contact page or email me directly. Full payment is required to secure your date, along with a signed agreement. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card
Can I include my horses or animals in my shoot?
A: Absolutely. Horses, dogs, cattle—they’re part of your story, and I welcome them in any session. Just give me a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.
What if the weathers bad?
A: Alberta weather can be unpredictable, and I’m no stranger to working with it. But if it’s unsafe or unworkable, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.
Do you offer prints or albums?
A: Yes! Your gallery comes with access to a professional print shop so you can easily order high-quality prints, canvases, or albums that do your images justice.
Do you photograph events or brandings?
A: I sure do. Whether it’s a branding, rodeo, or family get-together, I’m happy to document it in a photojournalistic style. Just shoot me a message for custom pricing.
